I would never recommend getting services from this company.

Today 30/7/2019 i am writing my review and want to tell that this company is really fraud. The customer care is not working. The person Rohit who sold me plan his number is off and the company is not replying on the email. I would request all to be aware from these fraudsters. They took my money for one year and not giving me the services.

Better to contact the company directly and get the services like clove or any other.

This is damn bad. Before getting payment these people will call u 100 times a day, After making payment, these people forget you.

Fiend, I suggest you please don't buy this company's policy. They are provide wrong information and miss communication. They are customer care Team and Sales totally different communication. They sales team person is Aniket & Ankit they all very clever and well trained they always force you to buy a policy.And They are call you 7 to 8 Times in a Day if you not buying policy after that they are force you. I had buy policy for 4 members and had get 4 health check coupon eye check coupon and dental coupon.

Now I am use only 2 coupon and one time use medical Bills reimbursement amount 584 Rs after that I am not getting any Reimbursement amount from that company and customer care Tram says you use service you didn't get any reimbursement and company not to bound 100% give you. That is to way of communication to consumer care team. So Guys I request please don't buy this company's policy.

They always miss guide you and I hope you to lose your valuable money if you buying policy. And now this company not cancelled my policy and to refund my rest of amount. They are showing their policy rules and regulations. Be honestly I am I am not see that rules and regulations paper because they sales team to provide me. Only they are provide written mail which I am getting that is totally different.

So friend think about and then buy policy.

Someone call me from cognate health service told his name Abhishek saying their company provide health service and start telling me lots of thing which all i have recorded in my phone one of the most important thing he told me that you can take 15 days trail and if you are not satisfy you can cancel the policy we will return your money on same day so i took policy.

When i contact the person after taking the policy the number was not reachable and once it reachable the person said i am in bihar and don't have any authority to cancel the policy so i cannot return your money.Do not read their policy cause you will read and you will say all things are okay but when you call them for claiming they will deny you they will not give you proper response

They will show you their company register number so they can get your trust but truly you are not able to do anything with that number.They will said do you have anything in written even they will ask to you do you have audio file in written how can audio file be in written.They will said they give you free health checkup but when you call them for checkup they will said whenever we have free slot we will provide you even its can take upto 1 month or 1 year and you can not claim on this cause this point is not mention anywhere.When you send your bill to them for claiming your medicine they will not give any kind of response on this.

They said you can buy medicine anywhere and you can bill copy when I sending bill they said you need to buy medicine from cognate health only.

When you call them every time call pick by same girl and changing her name every time you call.for purchasing the plan they will call you continually but when you purchase it you will not able to talk with sales team and customer support team will say every time talk with sale team.You can lots of negative review on google all are here who purchase policy giving negative review the review you are seeing here with 4 star all are fakes review.

You guys can check my phone conversion in the recording section as wellI took this policy for my mother and I felt very guilty to buy this cheap service for my mother they are totally fraud do not take any risk with your family health do not buy cognate health policy scam.So Guys I request please don't buy this company's policy. Zero Review to this Fraud Companyमेरे Review को देखने क बाद भी अगर आप लोग इस Policy को खरीद रहे है तो आप अपने पैसे जान बुझ कर फसा रहे है यह पर इतने सारे लोगो ने अपने Review लिखे हुए है जिनके साथ देखा हुआ है मै भी उनमे से एक हु यहा पर जितने लोगो ने Positive Review लिखे है सब इनके ही आदमी है मै बताता हु की मेरे साथ क्या हुआ . मेरे पास एक लड़की का call आता है की मै Cognate health service से बोल रही हु हमारी कंपनी आपको Health Package दे रही है जिसमे आपको 1 साल तक के लिए Medicine पे 30 percent का Discount मिलेगा और jha pe भी आप जाओगे Treatment के लिए वह| से आपको हमारे कार्ड पे 50 percent का Discount मिलेगा मैंने बोलै की मुझे Eyes का Operation कराना है तो उसके लिए मुझे Contact Lens चाइये तो क्या Lens पे भी Discount मिलेगा इन्होने बोलै की मिलेगा फिर मैंने बोलै की ले लेता हु अपने लिए तो इन्होने बोलै की एक का लोगे तो 4000 Rupees लगेंगे 2 का लोगे तो 5000 Rupees inhone bola की आप 45 Days तक Trail ले सकते ह अगर आपको किसी भी वजह से पसंद नहीं आता ह चाहे koi भी वजह हो हम आपको आपका पैसे वापस कर देंगे बिना किस Question के तो मैंने सोचा Trail पे ले लेता हु अगर सही नहीं लगा तो cancel करा दूंगा तो मैंने इनसे टाइम माँगा की बताता हु अगर लेना हुआ तो शाम होते ही एक आदमी का call आया जिसका नाम अभिषेक था जिससे मेरी बात हुई और मैंने saari बाते दोबारा पूछी अपने पोन की रिकॉर्डिंग on करके उसने मुझे बोलै की मै आपको guaranty देता हु मैं आपका पैसा वापस दिलाऊंगा अगर आपको प्लान acha नहीं लगा तो उसने बोलै की आप के सारे बिल में पास कराऊंगा म इस कंपनी में 3 साल से काम kar रहा हु म अगर छुट्टी पे भी होऊंगा तो भी आपका काम कराऊंगा ये साडी बाते मेरे पास recording में save hai फिर मैंने Plan ले लिए .प्लान लेने ke 15 दिन बाद मेरे पास KIT आती है जिसके लिए मझे बहुत बार इनको Call करना होता है .मैंने Medical store से दवाइयां ली और और इनके पास बिल भेजा लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं आया मैंने call किआ और बोलै की मुझे 30 परसेंट का डिस्काउंट दो तो लड़की बोलती है दवाइयां आपको हमारे store से लेने पे ही Discount मिलेगा जबकि उस अभिषेक ने मुझे ऐसा बोल| था की कही से भी दवाइयां लेने पे आपको Discount मिलेगा मैंने बोलै की मेरी बात अभिषेक से कराये तो बोलते ह की Sales Team के पास फोन लगाए लेकिन सेल्स टीम से कभी बात नहीं होती काफी बार फोन किआ लेकिन सेल्स टीम से कभी बात नहीं हुई और उस अभिषेक ने जिस फ़ोन से मझे फोन किआ था वो फोन हमेशा बंद रहता है एक बार मेरी कॉल उसके Personal नंबर पे लग गई और मैंने उसको बोलै की मेरी Policy cancel karo और मझे पैसे वापस दो तो वो बोलता है की मैं अभी office नहीं हु इसके लिए आप Sales टीम से बात करे वो hi कराएंगे maine bola ki mere pass sari baat recording me h toh bolte h ki hm kya kre recording ka hmari policy aisi nahi hai hmari policy waisi nahi hai ham apko paisa waps nahi kar skte jhoote log h ye maine apna paisa fasaya hai isliye main itna bda review likh rha hu taki aap log samaj jaye or apna paisa na fasaye jayaj si baat h koi desh seva krne ke liye itna bda review nhi likhega kirpya dhyan rakhe or satark rahe Jai Hind Jai Bharat ये saari बाते मेरे पास Recording में है आप मेरी वेबसाइट पे आके ये सुन सकते है indianperson cognate health fraud krke google pe search kre
